ip2host software package provides Resolve IPs to hostnames in web server logs, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install ip2host
ip2host is installed in your system.
Make ensure the ip2host package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep ip2host *
You will get with ip2host package name, version, architecture and description in a table
